Every semester, the bachelor graduates of Münster School of Design proudly present their final projects. Our mission: Extending the reach of the physical exhibition into an online experience!
The goal of Parcours 2022 was to create an online platform that showcases the graduates' projects, extending the reach of the physical exhibition. This website aimed to provide a space for exchange, inspiration, and a shared love of design. By presenting the projects digitally, we aimed to make the exhibition accessible to a wider audience and offer an in-depth look at each graduate's work.
Our process started with brainstorming meetings to identify key elements for effective project presentation. We researched digital exhibitions and best practices for online galleries. Using Figma, we designed a visually appealing layout, then built the website on WordPress for easy updates and management. My role involved designing the layout, ensuring clear and engaging presentation of text and images, and adapting to project updates under time constraints.
The Parcours 2022 digital exhibition successfully complemented the physical event, providing detailed views of graduates' projects and information about the designers. Visitor feedback was highly positive, praising the innovative and aesthetically pleasing showcase. This project highlighted the potential of digital platforms in expanding the reach of design exhibitions.
